Winters Scenery

Late November heralds a classic scenery.
Pastel pink blushes in the afternoon sky.
Evergreens blend in a-fore dolloped in white.
Soon we’ll recall the time of our Lord’s birth.
Activities start to tab on the calendar.
Florescent streaks mark the point where the sun appears.
Awe, see you….!!
Gilded globes glare down.
Too many crows go hither toe just outside my window.
Did the scar crow send them this way?
The one tree seems to be their gathering place.
As my birds squawk, “you can’t catch me,” safely inside.
Tranquil earth is restful despite the offset of chill.
