Autumn’s Breath

Forget not autumn;

where leaves – nature

warms the soul.

In a saffron, scarlet,

russet forage; foliage

draped o’er harvest.

Be mindful of autumn;

where crisp chill

refreshes the spirit.

A permit Mother grants

to enliven a grove.

Or to offer a parade

along leaf laden road.

Fall return – embrace us;

where grace – beauty

blend’s harmoniously,

uplifting our heart’s

in all that is seen!

September’s foray –

a bounty, welcoming.
