“Dandelion Tea”

 poetry scroll

DSCN8540

The field’s are vibrant;

Lively in the sunlight.

Lush green’s and yellow,

therein – so welcoming.

In spring one can see

the meadow’s blooms.

In purple clover – the

common dandelion.

But will I pick some?

Yellow spires – flora

to make some tea?

I don’t think so;

It’s not for me!
